Venice Communications is managing the public relations and marketing campaign to brand the MD-ALF-MD-owned Walnut Trails, a residential traditional neighborhood design development. The two-fold purpose of the campaign is to build credibility for the project to win support of the project by the city council and to market the project to prospective homebuyers. Elements of the campaign included logo design, branding, tag line, website, collateral, signage, media relations, pubic involvement and advertising.
